Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No.101 of 2017, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the daughter of the informant, married 7 years back with Junaid Akhtar, was killed by family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the family member rather he is brother of the second wife of the husband of the deceased, however the fatherin-law has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.7365 of 2018 on 27.02.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and
