The petitioner seeks bail in PR No.182 of 2019, Special Case No.8219 of 2019, registered under Sections 30(a), 41(1) and 41(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. About 9 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.09.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with PR No.182 of 2019, Special Case No.8219 of 2019.
