2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.8.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. 49486 of 2023 with a liberty to learned court below to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner, if he finds any criminal antecedent pending against him. It is further stated that petitioner was taken into custody when he went to surrender in the court below on 12.10.2023 and since then he is in custody. .

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 808 of 2022.
