Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has not alleged any kidnapping by anyone, rather she has stated that she voluntarily married with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bairgania Police Station Case No. 222 of 2017,

No.19932 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
