Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that nothing has been recovered from his possession. The investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner and he is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the substance in the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
