2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kasar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have committed theft of Rs. 50,000/- from the shop of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2025 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and without accepting his guilt, is ready to compensate the informant of stolen amount of Rs. 50,000/-.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura/concerned Court below in connection with Kasar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner will produce a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- at the time of furnishing his bail bonds which shall be released in favour of the informant by the Court below.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kasar Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

10. As the petitioner claims to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
