2. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61229 of 2023 vide order dated 27.02.2024, so there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner is again rejected.

4. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial expeditiously.
