1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has antecedent of two cases and allegation is of fraudulently withdrawing the maturity amount of the informant from the Post Office by inducing him to open a saving account. The learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2023 and the charges have been framed. It is next submitted that despite charges being framed, not a single witness has appeared in the

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.07/2022.

6. Further, one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Dinesh Chandra Agrwal.

7. In the event, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after being released on bail is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to forthwith cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
