The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 750C of 2016 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 323/504/354/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner that only to humiliate the present petitioner, he has been named as the order giver and no specific role has been assigned to him.
