Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 337, 323, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
