2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 168/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/447/324/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2023.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is the person who has cut the throat of a five years old girl.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
