The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.229 of 2019(G.R. 1447/19) registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police on secret information raided a place and apprehended the petitioner and from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol besides other articles were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail since 07.06.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the fact that for recovery of one loaded

No.69951 of 2019(4) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 country made pistol, the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.229 of 2019(G.R. 1447/19).
