Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.225 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 303(2), 317(5), 318(4), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84235 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application considering the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been made accused in the present case because he is owner of the said vehicle.
