ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 08-08-2024 This Court vide order dated 10.05.2024, had directed the authorities to make the necessary payments to the petitioner by the end of 01.07.2024. I.A. No. 01 of 2024 is filed by the Respondent-BIADA seeking 12 weeks further time for making the payments.

2. Having regard to the fact that the order was passed on 10.05.2024 and, thereafter, the matter is listed only today i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No. 17344 of 2023(5) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 nearly after three months, this Court is not inclined to grant the time sought for by the Respondent-BIADA in I.A. No. 01 of 2024 but however, as a matter of indulgence further time of two months from today is granted to the Respondent-BIADA to make the necessary payments. In case payment is not made by the end of two months, the petitioner would be entitled to the interest at the rate of 9% from the date of actual approval to the date of payment.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
