Petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 3 of 2019 corresponding to Awatarnagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 registered under sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 25658 of 2019 which was rejected vide order dated 14.08.2019 (Annexure-2).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 22.02.2019 i.e. for more than

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awatarnagar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019.
