Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party informs that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, however, in respect of one year increment, in absence of specific period and year, the opposite parties are constrained to take a final decision, however, as and when, the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.4011 of 2024(5) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 produces the same, in respect of his grievance and claim, his grievance will be redressed expeditiously, in accordance with law.

3. Considering the aforesaid, I don't find to keep the present application pending.
