2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 65(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, sections 7 and 8 of the POCSO Act and sections 3(i)(r)(s), 3(2) of the SC/ST Act.
3. The informant, namely, Dimpal Kumari alleged that on 20.8.2024 while she went out in the evening to retrieve her goat, in the meantime, petitioner caught her, threatened her at knife point and sexually assaulted her.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dispute over sewage. Petitioner claims clean antecedent
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the He submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has supported the prosecution case. Age of victim has been assessed as 16 years.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and aforesaid statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
