The petitioners are in custody since 03.12.2017 in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased namely Sita Devi and both the petitioners have been concluded in the FIR mechanically and there is no allegation of their having participated in any offence.
Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received. However, there is no further cogent material therein to support the allegation against the present petitioner.

No.20809 of 2018(3) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner no. 1 and 2, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017.
