2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 04 of 2004 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing theft. He is in jail since 14.07.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 2nd, Sherghati, Gaya / concerned court in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 04/2004.

5. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the A.C.J.M. will verify the antecedent of the petitioner and will accept the bail bond if he has clean antecedent. In case, there are some case
