Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 323, 379, 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Prevention of Witch (daain) Practice Act, 1999. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. From the F.I.R., it is evident that both the parties are neighbour. There is no specific allegation has been alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
