The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.09.2019 to the extent that the time granted for surrender of the petitioner be extended by further two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap, the petitioner could not surrender within time of four weeks as granted by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2019. Learned counsel thus prays that it may be extended by further two weeks.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79562 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and taking into consideration the statement made in the modification application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 16.09.2019 to the extent that let the petitioner surrender before the learned Court below within a further period of two weeks from today and furnish bail bond in terms of the order dated 16.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.57079 of 2019.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
