2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65961 of 2023.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the aforesaid order, in paragraph no.7, inadvertently District Transport Officer, Siwan and learned ADJ, XI, Saran, Chapra have been typed in place of District Transport Officer, Chapra and learned Railway Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran, Chhapra respectively.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that time for surrender before the court below be also extended
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79105 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 by four weeks, as the earlier time granted to the petitioner to surrender, has already expired.
5. In view of the above submissions, in the order dated 19.10.2023 in paragraph no.7, let District Transport Officer, Chapra and learned Railway Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran, Chhapra be read respectively in place of District Transport Officer, Siwan and learned ADJ, XI, Saran, Chapra. Further four weeks time is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.
6. The order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65961 of 2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.
