JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 476 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 393/401 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R., some persons chased the informant and stopped him and tried to took away his motorcycle but on 'hullah' people assembled and they caught one accused person, who disclosed the name of petitioner and others. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been made accused in this case and his name has surfaced on the disclosure of co-accused person and except that there is nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

No.21179 of 2018 (3) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from receipt of order and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below shall dispose of the same on the merit of the case, without being prejudiced by the order of this court.
