2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 242 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that the petitioner has joined the post of Panchayat teacher on the basis of forged certificates/document.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence rather she has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner was appointed by the Panchayat Selection Committee in the year 2003, on the post of Panchayat Teacher. After 22 years of service, the present F.I.R. has been lodged with false allegation. Learned counsel further submits that at

No.80093 of 2025(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 present, the petitioner has sent her resignation letter by way of registered post to the District Education Officer, Banka, District Program Officer, Establishment (Education), Banka, Block Education Officer, Belhar, Banka on 03.10.2025. It is also submitted that petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 242 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., as also with the condition that one of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
