Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No.266 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 384, 452,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioners, armed with deadly weapon, entered into the house of the informant and misbehaved with her and her daughter-in-law and ousted from their house. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case in between the parties. He submits that no specific allegation of overt act has been

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate- XV, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No.266 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
