2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, four persons riding on two motorcycles intercepted the informant and on the point of gun looted cash of Rs. 90,000/- from the informant and driving license and a mobile phone from his driver.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84856 of 2023(4) dt.06-02-2024 2/3 case. F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown persons. Name of the petitioner transpired in the case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pappu Yadav and Bikki Yadav. Pappu Yadav has already been acquitted in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Due to six criminal antecedents, he has been named in this case. He is in custody since 04.08.2023. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of the petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely Bikki Yadav @ Vikash Yadav @ Bikash Yadav has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 26.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. N o. 19956 of 2022.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in
