This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Fatehpur P.S. Case No.488 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 309(6) of the B.N.S. 3.

It is alleged that the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the informant and others and looted an amount of Rs.10,000/-, a mobile phone and motorcycle. It is also said that the accused persons also demanded Rs.50,000/- from the informant side.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. He is accused in four more criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78978 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
