The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 324, 325, 341, 353, 332, 333, 34 of IPC.

As per allegation, the petitioner along with some other known and unknown co-accused persons is said to have attacked the Excise team due to which some officers got injured. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No offence as alleged has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in this case on the instance of local enemies. No specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83164 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 against the petitioner. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para 3 of the bail application and has been languishing in custody since 11.09.2024.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and period of custody of the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024, G.R. No. 1130 of 2024.
