The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 327 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but there is no specific allegation against her. The petitioner is herself victim of foul play of the company as she has also invested huge money in the company. The petitioner is not an employee of the said company. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Md. Tahir Husain @ Tahir Husain, who is arrayed in the F.I.R.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21237 of 2018(2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 as Branch Manager of the said company has already been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 13825 of 2018 by order dated 06.04.2018 by another co-ordinate bench of this Court and the case of the petitioner is on better footing and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that against the petitioner there is no specific allegation.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- 8th, Saran, in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 327 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
