No.28 of 2019, dated 19.01.2019, registered at Police Station- Minapur District- Muzaffarpur, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law, after a period of six months. Prayer accepted.
