2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 354B,379,504, 506/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted the father-in-law of the informant with farsa causing him grievous injury on the head.

4.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner caused grievous injury on the head of the father-in-law of the informant.
