2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place rather she has falsely been implicated in this case taking advantage of faith of petitioner who has given blank signed cheque in course of business on the assurance of the complainant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
4. However, petitioner is ready to pay Rs.4,00,000.00 (Rupees Four Lakhs) in four equal installments to opposite party no.2/complainant. In this regard, first installment of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82254 of 2019(11) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 Rs.1,00,000.00 (Rupees One Lakh) would be paid by the petitioner to the complainant at the time of furnishing bail bond and rest amount in three equal installments within nine months.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.C1-960/2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
6. It is made clear that the learned Court below would be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner in case she fails to abide by the undertaking as given in para-4 of this order. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
