2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 117 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the BNS and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 8 persons are said to have committed loot of Rs. 6 lakhs from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation and the petitioner has also given his selfinculpatory statement.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78631 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 bail to the petitioner.
