2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.222 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is of causing assault by means of lathi, danda and iron rod to the informant and his family members. It is specifically alleged that petitioner no.1 assaulted the daughter of the informant over her hand by means of lathi, due to which her hand was broken.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners contended that so far the petitioners no.2 and 3 are concerned, there is omnibus nature of allegation and no corresponding injuries have been found over the body of the injured. So far the allegation against the petitioner no.1 is concerned that she assaulted Ramita Kumari, she has sustained only swelling with pain of left side of her body and the doctor has kept the opinion reserved. Other injured persons were sustained simple injury. Out of three petitioners, two are women and only in order to wreck vengeance and put pressure, their names have been implicated. Moreover, there is a counter version of the present case being, Simri P.S. Case No.223 of 2022 instituted against the informant and his family members. The petitioners bear fair antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the petitioners have actively participated and assaulted the informant and others.
6. Having considered the submissions set forth by the learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of the accusation against the petitioners qua the injury, besides the

No.77462 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 3/3 factum of case and counter case, coupled with their fair antecedent, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.222 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.
