1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the submits petitioner that during pendency of the case and by the intervention of the well-wishers , the dispute between both the parties has already been settled amicably, and in this regard, a joint petition has been filed in the Court below on April 9, 2024, and a copy of the same has been taken on record.
4. Learned A.P.P does not dispute with the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact that dispute between the parties has already been resolved, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Bhalpatti O . P ) P . S. Case No. 396 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
