The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kaluahi P.S.Case No.134 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 18 liters of Nepali country made liquor from a motorcycle being driven by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, inasmuch as, the motorcycle in question does not belong to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Excise Act, Madhubani, Districtr-Madhubani in connection with Kaluahi P.S.Case No.134 of 2019 corresponding to G.R.No.1814 of 2019.
