1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. It appears that the present quashing application is misconceived as the present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order by which non-bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner, but then, the order, by which the provisional bail bonds of the petitioner was cancelled, has not been challenged, as such, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

3. The quashing application is rejected accordingly.

4. However, the same would not denude the petitioner of filing a fresh quashing application with proper pleadings.
