Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S.Case No. 287 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 327, 387, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of demanding extortion from the informant in order to allowing him to use the land which they have purchased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and they have no criminal antecedent and they have falsely been implicated

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Awadhesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea, in connection with Rupouli P.S.Case No. 287 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
