2. The petitioner has a grievance that some public land has been encroached upon by private persons in respect of which the Circle Officer has been approached, by filing an application under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

3. It appears that certain developments have taken place in the proceeding initiated by the Circle Officer on the joint application filed by the residents of the area, for removal of the encroachment in question.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with an observation that the Court
