2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 975 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 307 read with Section 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner in connivance with other co-accused is accused of killing the son of the informant. The weapon with which the crime was committed has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2023 and has three criminal antecedents.

4. The prayer for bail of one of the co-accused Vishal Singh @ Vishal Kumar Singh @ Abhishek Kumar was rejected

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83623 of 2023(11) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 twice by this Court. Thereafter, accused Vishal Singh approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 12655/2024.

5. The following order was passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 12655/2024 on 20.09.2024:- "Heard Mr. Prashant Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner has two other criminal antecedents involving under the Arms Act. Here also the allegation is that he supplied the weapon used in the incident.

Having considered the above, we are disinclined to entertain this bail petition. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, stand closed."

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
