Petitioner seeks regular bail who is in custody since 30.03.2024, in connection with Pre-Trial NDPS Case No. BRBU10P007892023(A), arising out of Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2023, FIR dated 17.04.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 22 and 27 of the NDPS Act.

Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 71646 of 2023, which was rejected vide order dated 07.03.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner again moved before this Hon'ble Court for grant of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 41390 of 2024, which was also rejected vide order dated 02.08.2024.

It appears that earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.08.2024 and thereafter, within a period of two months, the petitioner has again filed the present bail petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail petition with a liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh bail petition before this Hon'ble Court after completion of six months from the date of rejection of earlier bail petition, i.e., 02.08.2024.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present bail petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
