The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura, Bharrahi P.S. Case No. 608 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having snatched a sum of Rs. 10,000/- from the informant. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent, he is having a clean antecedent, T.I. Parade has not been held and he is languishing in custody since 23.07.2019. Lastly, it is submitted that neither any recovery of snatched money has been made from the petitioner nor any material is available on record to

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with the fact that neither any T.I. Parade has been held nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura, Bharrahi P.S.
