2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others committed loot in the house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The case was filed against unknown miscreants, during investigation, coaccused namely, Md. Shamim has named this petitioner in his confessional statement. He has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that similarly situated other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the coordinate Bench. It is

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 244 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna City/ Concerned Court as Sessions Trial No. 502 of 2019 and to the satisfaction of the same.
