The petitioner, through the instant writ application, has prayed for following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed by way Public Interest Litigation for issuance of a writ in
Patna High Court CWJC No.22285 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to provide the membership of Panwari Pacs to the farmers/applicants who have already applied for membership of the said Pacs on line or manually in prescribed Performa before the Chairman of Panwari Pacs in view of order dated 27.08.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 14396 of 2019 but the Chairman of Panwari Pacs did not took any decision upon the applications of applicants after expiry of date fixed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dt. 27.08.2019 and further directing the respondents to accept the membership fee from the applicant whose membership fee was not accepted till the cuts off date i.e. 16.10.
2019 further pleased to direct the respondents to publish the name of applicants in voterlist published on 18.10.2019 on the basis of cut off date 16.10.2019." Since learned counsel for the State has stated that the election has been notified, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of.
