Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 377 of Indian Penal Code read with Section 67A of IT Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is delay of 60 days in lodging the first information report and no medical test has been conducted to corroborate the allegation. It is a case of false implication. It is submitted by the learned APP, with reference to the case diary, that video, said to have been prepared by the accused, has been produced. That the informant has approached the Court belatedly cannot be made a ground to allow the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21927 of 2018 (3) dt.23-05-2018 2/2 for bail in view of the nature of the offence alleged wherein the victim is very reluctant to approach the authorities. Considering the aforesaid, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
