2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 1022 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 353, 323, 307, 332, 334/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the fateful day, while the Circle Officer, Ara Sadar, in compliance with the order of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ara Town, went to the house of the petitioner to take possession of the disputed plot; in the meanwhile, some scuffle took place and in the said process, glass of the door has broken due to which members of both the parties, including lady constables, have sustained injuries.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner taking this Court through the FIR contended that there is no specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77587 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/3 allegation levelled against the petitioner and thus the injuries sustained to the lady police constables are not attributed to her. The petitioner is a woman having fair antecedent and she undertakes that she will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the court. So far the injuries, which are allegedly sustained to the lady constables, prima facie, do not appear to be grievous in nature, however, in any case not attributable to the petitioner.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the petitioner has caused obstruction in discharge of official duty.

Regard being had to the submission made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman having fair antecedent, besides there is no specific accusation of any overt act, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpru at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 1022 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77587 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 3/3 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
