2. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.11585 of 2024, which reads as follows:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.956 of 2023 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.43 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by the petitioner and other accused persons.

4. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and he is in custody since 25.01.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
