The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2017. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Only material is confessions before the police. Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
