No. 10310 of 2024, directing the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the departmental appeal filed by the petitioner within 3 months from the date of communication of the order. The instant contempt petition has been filed,

Patna High Court MJC No.4017 of 2024(4) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 alleging, inter alia, that Respondent No. 3 did not comply with the order passed by this Court in the above-mentioned writ petition.

2. Today the learned Advocate on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 8 submits a show cause petition, stating, inter alia, that the departmental appeal filed by the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 6th of March, 2025.

3. In view of the disposal of the departmental appeal, nothing remains in the instant contempt petition. Therefore, the contempt application be dropped.
