JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 13.12.2017, seeks bail in Darbhanga Town PS Case No. 226 of 2017 registered under Sections 401, 414, 379, 411/34 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was apprehended with the suspected stolen motorcycle and a laptop was also recovered from his house.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been apprehended on suspicion, he is in custody since 13.12.2017 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Reyaz Ahmad @ Reyaz Ahmadi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town PS Case No. 226 of 2017.
